Terms and Conditions
How will I get a refund for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
Thanks for shopping at Met Simulation. We appreciate the fact that you like to purchase our
product/services we would like to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you are
exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products/services.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at
Met Simulation also. We will be as brief as our attorneys will allow. By placing an order or
making a purchase at Met Simulation, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
If there is something wrong with the product/service (s) you bought, or if you are not happy
with it, you may request for cancellation and refund as per the below terms:

(2). Non Refundable Payment :-
Except as mentioned below all fees/payments made to Met Simulation for the product/services are non-refundable.
(3). Cancellation without furnishing verifiable documents :-
you may request for cancellation of such product/service(s) without furnishing any reason within two (2) hours calculated from (i) time of placing the order or; (ii) once the payment is done, whichever is later. We will initiate the refund process immediately and the booking amount will be refunded within fifteen (15) days as per the payment gateway’s refund policy (payment gateway may deduct some nominal charges which shall be deducted from your final refund amount).
(4). Cancellation with verifiable documents :-
In the event you raise the request for refund after two (2) hours and within fifteen (15) days calculated from (i) time of placing the order or; (ii) once the payment is done, whichever is later you shall require to furnish valid reason for refund along with verifiable documents as per our satisfaction to process your refund. If you fail to
provide the valid reason with verifiable documents or we are of opinion that the documents provided by you are not satisfactory we may not process the refund. The decision taken by us shall be final and binding upon you. We will notify you the acceptance or rejection of your cancellation within reasonable time. Once we accept your request, we shall process the refund and you will receive your refund within fifteen (15) days as per the payment gateway policies (payment gateway may deduct some nominal charges which shall be deducted from your final refund amount).
(5). Cancellation by Met Simulation :-
There are times when we may not process your request after booking due to certain reasons in such cases; we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. You will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
